Title of thesis  : Handling Biases in Collective Decision-Making

Research Topic / Interests : My research focuses on optimizing the outcomes of decisions made by collectives. When decisions are taken by groups of (human or artificial) experts, individual and social biases typically affect collective decision-making adversely. My overarching goal is to design a collective decision-making system that learns to account for these biases when making decisions.
