Research Topic / Interests : I have two research topics. The first one is Computer Vision applied to precision farming. I mainly did sementic segmentation to discrimate weeds in crop and also working on yield estimation by recognising and counting tomatoes in highly occluded environments. The second topic is related to predictive maintenance. Predictive maintenance consists in forecasting future system health and the early detection of anomalies based on live-telemetry monitored in ground-stations. Ground stations include communication systems (like antennae) to communicate with satellite systems (eg: Galileo).
