I’m an incoming PhD researcher at King’s College London (IoPPN; Bioinformatics & Health Informatics), working with Prof. Richard Dobson, Dr Nicholas Cummins, and Dr Srinivasan Vairavan on transdiagnostic digital phenotyping for depression and anxiety in collaboration with Janssen R&D. My research will be involved in unsupervised and self-/semi-supervised methods on smartphone and wearable data (RADAR-CNS/RAPID) to identify data-driven subtypes, which I link to clinical scales and GWAS signals. I’m broadly interested in health informatics, digital mental health, scalable/HPC Python, and machine learning for multimodal and time-series data, with prior experience in agent-based simulations at the Francis Crick Institute and high-performance phylogenetics at Oxford’s Big Data Institute.
